True or False
The human body actually produces a faint form of light.
It's true! The human body actually emits a form of light, known as biophoton emission. However, this light is extremely faint – about 1,000 times weaker than what the human eye can perceive. The light is a byproduct of chemical reactions inside our cells, especially during metabolism. Scientists have used highly sensitive cameras to capture this invisible glow, which varies in intensity throughout the day. So, even if we can't see it with the naked eye, we literally glow!
